Our engineers carry most of the parts that are still in stock in their vans, so if anything on your Infinite Prime system is faulty, damaged, or needs replacing, we can usually take care of it during the same visit. Yes, we can service, repair, and maintain all Infinite Prime alarms, no matter who originally installed them. Many installers now suggest replacing these systems, but we believe the Infinite Prime is still an excellent product. There’s usually no need to replace it unless there’s a major fault or you’d like to upgrade with new features for your home security.

We can definitely help. Our engineers are fully trained to reset Infinite Prime alarms and generate new codes. To properly service and update your system, we’ll need the master user code and engineer’s code. If these aren’t available, we can carry out a factory reset and reprogram the system for you. An additional fee applies for this service, and all prices are published on service order page.

Unfortunately, the external siren is the one component we’re no longer able to replace on Infinite Prime alarms. The last batches produced were of poor quality and often proved unreliable. Given the age of the system, we usually recommend not investing in a new siren. However, you can still continue using your alarm effectively by removing the faulty siren and relying on the internal one — and we’ll be happy to help you with that setup.

Once we’ve carried out the initial service visit — which includes a full system check and ensuring all compliance requirements are met — we can offer a service plan tailored to your insurance needs. This could be a straightforward service plan, or one that includes monitoring or police response. Please note, some systems may need additional communication devices for monitoring to be enabled.

Commpact (Yes, it is spelt Commpact alarm, not Compact!) is part of the Infinite Prime range originally from Electronics Line, and later reintroduced by Risco after they acquired the brand. We can service both versions of the Commpact alarm. The newer model is a smart alarm with an app (which now carries a subscription fee), while older models may still incur costs through landline or SIM card charges.
