We certainly do. We, at FHA, can service all models of Visonic alarms – Powermax, Powermaster or Qolsys series.
Visonic alarms may give warning beeps for a number of reasons – most common ones being, low battery issues, tamper faults, signal issues, communication errors or faulty devices. Most issues could be fixed by a service by our qualified engineers.
You can temporarily stop the beeping for up to 4 hours by disarming the system and it should stop beeping around 8pm if the time on the panel is correct. The beeping will return in the morning. Please do book a service to fix the issue permanently.
The system will display a series of warnings (e.g., Z01/Z02, F01, S01 etc), depending on the model of the alarm. Key fob batteries can be replaced by users, other devices should be serviced professionally.

We suggest changing your Visonic alarm batteries if they haven’t been replaced in the past year. Some may last longer, but batteries in busy rooms usually run down faster. Since the main cost is the engineer’s visit, it’s often best to have them swapped while we’re already there.

We certainly can. To service a Visonic alarm, we need both master user code and engineer’s codes. If you don’t have the codes, we can do a code reset and reprogram the system if needed, to gain access to it. We do charge a fee for it. Rest assured, we can definitely service the system and clear all faults and errors on it.

Once we complete the initial service visit which includes checking system for all compliance requirements and full service, we can offer you a service plan that specifically meets your insurance needs, whether it is a simple service plan, or service with monitoring or police response. Qolsys is a brand from Visonic and if you have any of their IQ, IQ2, IQ4 or other panels, we can certainly service and clear faults on the system.
