We're so excited that we've made it to the top 10 list for this prestigious award third year in a row now. The last 18 months have been difficult for all of us. And even in these difficult situations, our team worked relentlessly to serve our customers.

As an organisation, we've always believed in a customer-centric approach, and our attempt to looking after customers during multiple lockdowns and various access restrictions during 2020 and 2021 were always with putting our customers’ safety and wellbeing at the heart of our operations.

We offered more remote support to customers when access was limited and sent out our covid guidelines out to customers before our engineers visiting them. All our engineers wear masks and sanitise after every interaction with customers. They also get tested regularly.

We have also changed our head office layout to allow for more social distancing and more team members are allowed to work from home. All our engineers are also vaccinated to protect everyone.

We are delighted that our hardword has been noticed and recognised by Security and Fire Excellence Awards 2021.
