Backup Battery
Our alarms come with backup battery and will continue to work even under any power failures. It will also warn you of the power failure.

Zone Partitions
This alarm will be programmed to allow its use when you go out (full arming) and use it when you go to bed (part arming)
Proximity Tag
Proximity tags ease use of operating your burglar alarm. You can swipe them against your control panel/ keypad rather than punching your user codes.
Insurance Approved
This is a British Standard Grade 2 certified system meeting EN 50131 standard, which is the most common Insurance requirement. Some insurance providers may have other specific monitoring or keyholding requirements, which may also be met with this alarm.
Pet Friendly
The motion sensors are pet tolerant and will ignore movement of smaller animals within the property. This will allow you to leave your pets behind when you arm your alarm.
Smartphone App
Connected to broadband, wirelessly via Wi-Fi or wired via LAN module, this alarm comes with a smartphone app for iPhone and android devices, allowing you to control the system from anywhere. You can turn it on and off, check status
2 Way Communicating
This smart alarm comes with sensors that can transmit and receive information, allowing for better control and remote access of each sensor from your smart phone app. Very clever!
Extended Warranty
Our maintenance plan includes 10 years extended warranty, at an all-inclusive fixed cost service, extended warranty on all fixed parts, and free callouts and cost of replacing parts and batteries. There is no fixed term contract, you can cancel any time you wish.
Smoke Detection
Add smoke detection sensors to get alerted if there is a fire. They call trigger the alarm and alert keyholders if needed – handy if the fire happens when you are away.
Remote Keyfob
Remote control Keyfob allows operating the burglar alarm from a distance, without the need for punching your user code. You can use it when you go out and also at night – handy to do it from bed and the keyfob can also work as a portable panic button.
Call Alert – Simcard
Uses a pre-paid GSM sim card to call the keyholders if alarm is triggered. Sim card top up charges apply.

Camera Sensor
Motion sensor PIR Detectors with built in camera to take pictures if any movement is detected. The photos will be sent to your smart phone app to visually verify active burglary.

The Risco LightSYS Air Keypad is part of the LightSYS Air wireless alarm system, allowing you to easily arm and disarm the system using a PIN code or by tapping a proximity tag.
The LightSYS Air Control Panel is the central hub of the Risco wireless alarm system, seamlessly linking with all compatible sensors and devices to deliver professional-grade security. It also connects to your broadband for smart app control.
The LightSYS Air Door Contact is a wireless sensor designed to protect doors and entry points, triggering an alarm if a door is opened or forced while the system is armed.
The Risco LightSYS Air Live Siren works in conjunction with your LightSYS Air alarm system, activating a powerful audible alarm and flashing strobe light when the system is triggered, helping to deter intruders and alert those nearby.

You are in control of how and when your security system is maintained. You have three options All-inclusive fixed cost service with an extended warranty (recommended) comes with service visits, extended warranty for all fixed parts of up to 10 yea£ You can cancel anytime you wish. Standard Annual service- Annual service visit at a fixed cost. The only optional extra cost is the cost of replacing any faulty or damaged parts. Pay as and when you need a one-off service for your alarm system. One of labour and part charges will apply.

Standard Warranty All our products come with a minimum one-year onsite warranty here at FHA Security. If you have any difficulties with your security system during the warranty period, please let us know and we will resolve it immediately. If necessary, we will also send a technician (free of charge) to repair or replace any defective parts, if necessary.
All of our security systems can be upgraded to a 10-year warranty plan. This does not involve a fixed-term contract and any problems reported during that period shall be resolved as soon as possible. If necessary, we will also arrange free visits to your property by the engineer.
This plan includes service, defective part replacement and change of battery, without any additional cost, all at a fixed monthly cost.
At FHA Security, we give our customers the flexibility to choose how to service their systems.
1. An annual maintenance plan with a 10-year extended warranty (recommended option): – our all inclusive fixed cost plan, payable on a monthly basis.
2. Pay as you go Maintenance: 1 year of standard warranty and service as and when you request it.
Almost all of our alarms can be self-monitored or monitored by a third party depending on your personal preference or insurance requirements.
1) Self-monitored alarms have cheaper on-going costs as they either use your landline (PSTN) or sim card (GSM) within the alarm to contact you directly.
2) The third-party monitored alarm alerts our 24/7 Alarm Response Center (ARC) and may call key holders and/or police depending on your package.
